Adapting Consciously x Saige's Studio.

Hey there funky humans,

If you’ve been following me and my Adapting Consciously social media, you would have seen the amount of cheeky hints and ‘coming soon’ posts that have been dropped recently. Well tonight is the big reveal! I can finally say that…

Adapting Consciously X Saige’s Studio 2021 Wellbeing Planner is going to be live and purchasable SO soon!

Every year we can never find a planner that suits us and what we want. We can’t find one that ticks all the boxes, putting all these books we have into just one, so we thought why not make one?

We touched based in September, literally in the middle of this crazy pandemic. Saige’s business at Saige’s Studio was blooming and my Adapting Consciously had just gotten up and running. I had a thought that we should collaborate as we held those same values and foundations. So, collaborated we did! Literally 3 months later, VOILA!

A 2021 Wellbeing Planner has come alive and booooooy I couldn’t be more excited! There is not only so much fun with collaborating and creating something but there’s so much passion, time and heart that goes into it too. I see my friends who have small businesses and honestly, I give them a massive shout-out because the amount of effort and love that goes into it is beyond words and imagination.

@saigestudio

Here’s a little back story for you… Saige and I were actually little besties back in the junior high school days. We got along like a house on fire and still do to this day! You know how some high school friendships work, you come together and then flow apart naturally. Normally, this is due to different life stages and events that occur as teenagers. The classic different interests, pathways and environments. Sometimes though, if you’re lucky enough, you’ll remain friends with them even after school.

Well, 4 years on and here we are! Saige and I have kept in touch here and there over the years and have now wiggled our ways back into each other’s lives for good (sorry Saige babe, you don’t have a choice hehe). Honestly though, I see the values she carries and the lifestyle she lives and I’m telling you now legends that it aligns with mine! Hence, why it was so easy and great to collaborate and make this diary with her!

To think that Saige and I started working on this diary just 3 months ago blows my mind. To create a whole daily diary with so much goodness and content is something I am so grateful for and beyond proud of. Working together has been the highlight of my year, creating something that will be physically used for good and with a purpose makes me smile from ear to ear. This isn’t something that we have taken lightly, we have invested a LOT of time, money and love into this thing.

We are obviously very new at this. The idea of this diary started out as a we ‘SHOULD’ and turned into we ‘CAN’ and now… we 'HAVE.’ What the heck – I still actually can’t believe it!

We are really passionate about taking care of our mental health, building that positive outlook on life, and treating your mind and body as your first home – all while helping others do the same. We also really try our best to look after this planet of ours and be more environmentally conscious, so we made sure to incorporate all of these values into our planner.

When it came to the design, we knew the planner needed to adapt to crazy schedules, whilst saving you the hassle of owning separate gratitude journals AND carry around to-do lists. The A5 day-to-day planner is chock-full of to-do lists, notes sections, gratitude questions, daily reflections, and even a checklist that reminds you to move and fuel your body.

Just to make this planner even more perfect, we have included tips and advice written by myself, some of Saige’s wonderful graphic art, and collaborated with 6 talented local artists in Melbourne to have their art featured throughout the planner.

Local artists:

James Stockdale @jstockdaleart

Sarah Mackey @smacaroni.social

Taylah Sinead @taylahsineadesign

Isabeau Cooper @isa_beau_peep

Annie Rose @designbyannierose

Ben Khongbut @khongbut

I know for many that 2020 has been a hell of a year; physically, mentally and/or emotionally. This is exactly why we want to make your 2021 the best year yet. Having this planner around will help you to reflect on your day and the good within it. This planner is something you can carry everywhere and anywhere, and we hope you do.

Soon, the planner will be released… so keep your eyes peeled and your hearts excited. Saige and I would love the support, whether it is through purchasing the planner for yourself, gifting it to someone else as a Christmas present or even posting about it and sharing it with your friends. A massive thing I have realised is that if you support your locals, your community comes out stronger and better than ever.

We cannot WAIT to show you sneak peeks very, very soon. Planner will be available over at www.adaptingconsciously.com/

With love,

AC x SS
